Why we exist
Most IT staffing firms don't write code, and most software development shops don't understand staffing operations. Hara InfoTech was built to close that gap — we've spent five years in Indian IT contract staffing, working both sides of vendor and client relationships, and we've put that same team to work building software, including a product we run ourselves.
That combination changes how we staff and how we build. When we place a developer, we know what "ready to contribute" actually looks like for the role. When we build software for a staffing or operations workflow, we're not guessing at the process — we've run it.
We don't just place people or write code — we do both, for ourselves too
VendorDesk, our staffing operations SaaS platform at vendordesk.io, is the clearest evidence of this. We built it to manage our own vendor relationships, bench tracking, and placement workflows — then kept developing it as a real product. It's proof that the same engineering discipline we apply to client projects, we hold ourselves to as well.
